Terms of service

Payment in full is required before processing. No Returns, exchanges or refunds. Most major Credit cards accepted however no checks accepted. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or do refunds for any reason. Please check measurements carefully, once a beam is cut we cannot make it longer. If you are unsure about color we recommend an unfinished beam that you/your contractor can stain. We do not install. 

We only serve specific locations in and around central and east Texas. Austin, San Antonio, College Station, The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Delivery to these areas is free but must be scheduled. Once in route if a delivery is canceled or not deliverable a re-delivery fee of $150 must be paid prior to scheduling re-delivery.
